Kickboxing provides all of the benefits of a session at the gym with the added bonus of making you feel like you’re a character from Mortal Combat. If only the bag would make video game sound effects. The roundhouse kick is super fun to do.

By the end of a kickboxing class you will be sweaty, pretty relaxed and possibly addicted. And… it might just help you accidentally lose weight in the process. Kickboxing is a great way to torch some calories, get out your stress, and have fun at the same time.
